Today, I visited two famous waterfalls with Nova and I went on a tour to Ubud. Nova treated us wholeheartedly and was really kind. Despite the difficult road to the waterfall, they went with me and took wonderful pictures. He introduced various plants hidden in the jungle and kindly explained Bali's good places and culture.

When I wanted to buy fruit, he found the fruit store and selected delicious fruit himself. Thanks to this, I was able to eat the most delicious durian in my life. Nova was the first guide to help me travel with all my heart until the end. Thanks to Nova, I wanted to come to the munduk again. It's been a really happy and fun day and I'm very grateful to Nova. See you again 😍

I cannot recommend Ciko and Nova’s business enough. From start to finish, their service was very reliable, punctual, and professional at a highly fair rate. I spent almost ten days with Nova driving all across Bali: we started in Ubud and then visited the beauty of Munduk, Pemuteran, Amed, Sidemen and Uluwatu. Waterfalls, temples, rice fields, quiet beaches, local restaurants, and stunning sunsets made my trip memorable.
Nova was also very attentive, courteous, helpful, flexible and knowledgeable at all times. He also offered to take pictures of me, and the result was wow! As a female solo traveler I felt super safe and comfortable traveling with him. Do yourself a favor and book your trip with them next time!

Ciko took us to the rice paddies of Munduk and those of the neighboring village. He explained rice cultivation to us; it was fantastic.

We hired him again the next day to visit the Banyuwala and Banyumala waterfalls.
I highly recommend him.

I can 100% recommend ! We were driven around by Nova for 4 days - he was kind, knowledgeable of everything we asked, super on time , suggesting things to do if the plans needed to change due to rain for example, great tips for restaurants. Price is very reasonable! This was the only driver we found during our trip in Indonesia with child seat 🙌

I booked a one day trip from Munduk to Ubud with Driver by ciko. I communicated with one of the sons through WhatsApp - he was responsive, helpful and super easy to communicate.
After confirmation, the father, Chiko, became my driver. He was on time, which I highly appreciated! It took me a bit longer to check out from the hotel, but Chiko was patient and nice the whole time.
During the trip, Chiko was easy to talk to, super knowledgeable with all the scenic sights. He also shared a lot of Balinese culture background and stories with me. I enjoyed the entire trip so much that I wanted to buy Chiko a meal at the end, but he politely refused my offer. IMO, it truly shows that he has strong work ethics.
Oh, SHOUT OUT to Chiko’s picture taking skills!!!! You can trust him to take great pictures for you!
Their price is reasonable, and you really get more than what you paid for! I recommend this family to everyone who needs a driver in Bali area!

We had a wonderful time with Nova who showed us incredible places and taught us a lot about plants, rice cultivation and culture in Bali. We saw beautiful waterfalls and were able to try different coffees. For lunch, we went to a restaurant with an incredible view of the lake and where we really enjoyed ourselves. Finally, we ended the day with a walk in the rice fields where we were the only ones. Thank you again and I look forward to seeing you again when I come back.

I called on the services of Ciko today. And I can recommend it to you with my eyes closed.
Booking for a day by car was easy and quick via WhatsApp. Ciko's father took very good care of us, he picked us up from our hotel on time, and dropped us off at the same place. We were able to choose the places we wanted to visit and he also made us discover beautiful places that were on our way.
